Chardonnay is a white grape variety, used for the production of still, sparkling or sparkling wines.
The bunch is medium in size, pyramidal, tight, poorly winged. The grape is of medium size, with a consistent golden yellow skin. It prefers temperate-warm climates, hilly, clayey and calcareous soils, ventilated and cool environments.
It is characterized by its straw yellow color and delicate and fruity aroma.
