Costituzione della Cooperativa
1959
Con un atto notarile si costituisce la Cantina Sociale Cooperativa di Leverano formata da 44 agricoltori leveranesi, guidati da Antonio Biasi.
Acquisto vasche in cemento
1964
Vengono acquistate le prime vasche in cemento e i primi silos in ferro smaltato per la fermentazione e lo stoccaggio dei vini.
Primo imbottigliamento
1974
Inizia l’imbottigliamento finalizzato alla vendita diretta.
Enologo Enio Cagnazzo
1990
L’ingresso in Cantina del Dott. Enio Cagnazzo segna un grande passo in avanti per la valorizzazione dei vini di qualità made in Salento.
Presidenza Tumulo
2003
Con la presidenza di Antonio Tumolo, la Cantina si apre al mercato estero. In pochi anni i vini raggiungono tutta Europa, Stati Uniti, Cina e Giappone.
