Gratuated in Agricultural Science in Florence, specialized in Torino in 1990.
In 2009, during the 43rd Vinitaly in Verona, he received the Cangrande’s medal as a praiseworthy in Italian winemaking, a very important award given according to the coordinates of agricultural regional departments.
Focused on innovation, as a driving force for development and increase of Vecchia Torre.
Always focused on every production step, from the unloading of grapes to the bottling.
Thanks to the great cooperation with the president, Antonio Tumolo, Quality Project is born, to enhance local grapes called Negroamaro and Primitivo, to give attention to winemaking techniques, to reduce yields and to reward the work of all the members.
